What is the cost of shipping?

For all orders shipping is done free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 49 is applicable to all orders above Rs. 2000. For all international orders from outside India, orders under INR 7,000 (~ USD 100) are charged INR 700 (~ USD 10); orders under INR 21,000 (approx. USD 300) are charged INR 1400 (approx. USD 20) and orders above INR 21,000 are shipped free.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 2-4 days for domestic orders and 5-7 days for international orders to reach you.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at support@gujarattexttile.in and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

What is the return policy on Gujarat texttile?

Most of our products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders. There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If the product is eligible for return, you may write to us at support@gujarattexttile.in within 7 days of delivery to request return and refund. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned.

How are returns processed?

Once you request to return a product via email or phone, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please email us at support@gujarattexttile.in to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

**Gujarat Texttile reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?

We will process your refund within 5 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. In some cases, minor size and fit alterations might be available for orders placed within India. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to return the product instead.

International Shipping and Returns

Which countries does Gujarat Textile ship to?

Gujarat Textile ships to US, UK, UAE, Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, Afghanistan and South Africa.

What are the international shipping costs and duties?

For all international orders from outside India, orders under INR 7,000 (~ USD 100) are charged INR 700 (~ USD 10); orders under INR 21,000 (~ USD 300) are charged INR 1400 (~ USD 20) and orders above INR 21,000 are shipped free.

Please note that custom duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of delivery address.

Can I return, exchange or cancel an international order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To cancel your order please email us on support@gujarattexttile.in

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

From the time of shipping – it will take about 7-10 days for your international order to reach you.

What payment methods does Gujarat Textile allow for international shipping?

You can use all international credit cards to make the payment for your international shipping orders.

More Shipping Policy and Information

Gujarat Texttile is commited to deliver your order accurately in good condition and always on time. We believe in express shipping and most of your order is shipped within 2 hours once the order is placed except on weekend or on public holidays. We deliver to all the locations across the world. All International Shipping wiill cost minimum Rs. 1000 for the first product, after which Rs. 400 is added per product.

Shipping Restriction

Any items notified by delivery company to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).

Important Information

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the product is ready and within time shown on the product page. However, a delay of 72 hours is possible from the designer / manufacturer in case of unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

When do we Deliver

All domestic orders are shipped by Delivery Company between 9am - 6pm, Monday to Saturday. It takes maximum of 7 days for national shipping.

Shipping in India

Shipping in India is free of charge. This is to maintain the service level and provide your product on time. We use Fedex, Delhivery and Speed Post services to deliver in India.

International Shipping

Gujarat Texttile delivers globally and assures that the best possible courier agencies is used to deliver your product. International Shipping cost minimum Rs. 1000 for the first product, after which Rs. 400 is added per product.

Insurance

Gujarat Texttile insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Gujarat Texttile and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Taxes and Duties

For Indian Customers, GST will be charged as specified. For international customers we send the package as a personal use item only but if the customs is applied for that country it needs to be paid by the customer and take the delivery for same. Company is not responsible for any Custom duties. The information about customs if applied will be informed to customer via email/phone.

Goods & Services Tax

How is the GST amount decided?

Following rules will govern whether or not additional GST will be applicable on the products purchased by you:

GST applicability: For a product, if the fulfillment is done on or after July 1st, 2017 and total discount percentage is more than 19% of MRP, then GST may be collected from customer in addition to product price, post discounts. The discounts include those resulting from special offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 and similar offers.

GST amount: If applicable, the amount of GST collected from customer depends on category

Apparel/Clothing: Max 12% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer.

Accessories/Other Categories: Max 28% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer. The amount of GST shown at the cart level is a mere estimate. The actual GST payable shall be determined basis the warehouse (based on availability of the products) from where the goods are being shipped, which will be checked once the order is placed. Only in case of GST being lower than the estimate GST (based on the warehouse from where the goods would be shipped), the customer would be notified of the same and any additional GST paid by the customer would be duly refunded to the customer.
